Seasonal Trailers
The season runs from May 1st every season up to and including Thanksgiving Monday in October. Campers bring their own trailers (no rentals) and stay for the entire season. They may come and check on their units in the off season and enjoy some of the winter activities that Hillside has to offer, tobogganing, skating, etc.
Extended Season
Customers can enjoy this area in qualifying park model units (trailers are not allowed) The season runs for either 8 Months (April 15th- Dec 15th) or 10 Months. The 10 month season is a floating season, customers can choose the 10 months they want to be here, but must be gone for 2 consecutive months each and every calendar year. All extended season areas are 50+ communities.
Northlander Mobile Homes
This is the only area in the park that customers can live permanently all year round in a qualifying Mobile Home. Currently all of our Mobile Home sites are occupied.
