This page is updated on a regular basis and shows all available units for sale at Hillside Lake Park.  If you visit often make sure to click refresh in your browser to make sure you are seeing the most up to date page.  If there is a particular unit you are interested in, please call ahead to ensure that the unit is still available fore viewing.  Each unit for sale will list the unit, the price and the type of seasonal lot the unit sits on. Please refer to the definitions below to ensure that you are only looking at units that match the length of stay you are interested in. Seasonal stays are indicated and are not interchangeable.

 

Seasonal Trailers

 

​The season runs from May 1st every season up to and including Thanksgiving Monday in October.  Campers may come and check on their units in the off season and enjoy some of the winter activities that Hillside has to offer, tobogganing, skating, etc.

Extended Season

 

​Runs for either 8 Months (April 15th- Dec 15th) or 10 Months. The 10 month season is a floating season, customers can choose the 10 months they want to be here, but must be gone for 2 consecutive months each and every calendar year. All extended season areas are 50+ communities.

Northlander Mobile Homes

These homes are the only area in the park that customers can live permanently all year round. Currently all of our Mobile Home sites are occupied. To get into this area customers can purchase (when available) any Mobile Home that is for sale. Please contact our office for information about any Mobile Homes that are currently for sale.
