I understand that by submitting this form, I am ordering winterizing for my unit. I understand that this form is due by October 12th 2026 to guarantee the $84.95+ HST price. Forms received after this date will be charged $104.95+ HST. I acknowledge that winterizing week will begin on October 19th 2025. I understand that if my unit has a fridge with water running in it, it is my responsibility to winterize this to prevent damage.
