Please remember that every person that comes to Hillside Lake Park, must check in at the office, and unattended (non-permitted) vehicles in the parking lot will be ticketed.
Note that our office is now open with some restrictions for safety.
To use our office safely and efficiently and so that we can provide the best service to everyone here’s what has to happen. Our office has limited space and as a result we can allow 1 customer/couple at a time.
Unfortunately, Hillside Lake Park is no longer open to the public for day visits, but we certainly welcome those visiting a park member!
What do I do when I arrive?
First, if driving to the campsite you should pull up to the gate and ring the buzzer, at that point one of our staff will direct you to the office, you will get registered and receive a copy of our waiver. (Please make sure you have read the waiver here!)
Note – If you are intending on walking in you should park at the front in the designated parking (to the left when you enter the park, do not proceed through the gate) and then walk around the white fence to where the office door is located. You will follow the same registration process however receive a pass for your vehicle which must be placed in the dash.
How do you know if you can come into the office?
Our office is now equipped with a light that can be seen at the office door. If the light is green, please enter at will, if the light is red that means there is already someone in the office. Please kindly wait by the next available orange cone outside the office door and once the light turns green (the person ahead of you exits), feel free to enter. We will be do our best to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible!
Note – If the light is off we are closed so please make sure you arrive while the office is still open!
Once you enter the office you will be required to use the sanitizer we are providing and we ask that you only touch what is absolutely necessary. Again all these procedures are in place for everyones safety and we appreciate your diligence.
